I came across this website today which has been described as the “Craigslist for creatives”. Caravan is an international house swap and subletting resource for creatives only. It’s free to use although you will need to register to get in touch with other listers (this is to deter estate agents and unsavory types from from getting involved). All listings are moderated before being published too.
